All work is performed on an hourly basis. We will be happy to provide a written estimate for hours required to complete your project with a maximum "Not-to-Exceed" amount. Final drawings to Include One Set of 24x36 Vellum B-&-W Prints, CD with All Files in Desired Format.
Standard Hourly Rate - $75 an hour.

Title 24 Heat Loss Calculations in California
All Calculations are Done Using EnergyPro v.3 Software. Title 24 Calculations Require Us to Have Floor Plans, Elevations and Some More Information About Your Residential or Commercial Structure. Title 24 Calculation Services are Billed by the Hour
Standard Hourly Rate - $125 an hour.
