All work is performed on an hourly basis. We will be happy to provide a written estimate for hours required to complete your project with a maximum "Not-to-Exceed" amount. Remember, with Asbuilt Solutions, you only pay for actual hours expended. Fees Include One Set of 24x36 Vellum B-&-W Prints, CD with All Files in Desired Format.

Residential & Commercial Structural Engineering CAD Services are Billed by the Hour, Therefore Total Amount Will Depend upon Complexity of the Job. Fees Include One Set of 24x36 Vellum B-&-W Prints, CD with All Files in Desired Format and an Access to Our On-line Coordination System. Engineer's sign-off and calculations are not included, but can be arranged

Title 24 Heat Loss Calculations in California
All Calculations are Done Using EnergyPro v.3 Software. Title 24 Calculations Require Us to Have Floor Plans, Elevations and Some More Information About Your Residential or Commercial Structure. Title 24 Calculation Services are Billed by the Hour, Therefore Total Amount Will Depend upon Complexity of the Job.
Standard Hourly Rate - $125 an hour.
